Arizona Cardinals WR Michael Wilson says the offense has been nothing short of fluid and his fellow receivers are unselfish in terms of who gets the ball. Wilson added that's a product of the culture established by Jonathan Gannon and Monti Ossenfort.

00:02 - It seems like you, Rondale, and Hollywood
00:07 were all being used differently
00:09 to your individual skill sets.
00:11 Is that how you feel this offense is kind of being run?
00:14 Like the way you are being put into the game plan
00:18 is for you specifically?
00:19 - Yeah, I think the offense can cater to
00:23 and build upon any person.
00:27 And I think the offense is tailored to the specific
00:32 strengths and/or weaknesses of a player.
00:36 And so I think you've seen, like,
00:40 we're using Rondale in the backfield,
00:41 using him in the screen game,
00:43 getting him the ball in space because he's really good.
00:46 He's a really good ball carrier.
00:48 He's great with the ball in his hands.
00:49 You also see him run a lot of routes
00:51 and he's a good route runner as well.
00:52 You see Hollywood hitting the majority of the targets
00:55 because he is one of our better route running receivers
00:59 who's able to catch balls in space
01:00 and create separation at the line of scrimmage
01:02 and get in and out of breaks.
01:04 And I think I'm sort of in the middle of that right now
01:07 where I'm just trying to play my role as best as I can
01:10 and block really hard and do the dirty work
01:13 and make the catches that come my way.
01:15 And so I think we've got a great tandem
01:18 with our receiver core and I love how guys
01:21 play for one another and are excited
01:23 about each other's success
01:24 because I think that's what winning culture is about.
01:28 And I think JG and the whole coaching side
01:31 that preach team first, you second.
01:34 I think from top down, you can see that
01:37 in real time during the game,
01:40 guys playing really hard and playing for each other.
