00:00 Yeah, you know, I think it's a good position to be in.
00:10 I think the way Kyler came back at the end of the year gave us all a lot of confidence.
00:15 The way the offense hit their stride, both running the football, throwing the football,
00:20 and just getting Kyler's health back to a point where he could use his legs, use his
00:24 arms, do the things that we're accustomed to seeing.
00:27 So, you know, I think as always we're going to evaluate every position that comes in the
00:31 draft, but knowing that Kyler is where he's at, and not only where he's at, but getting
00:36 better and seeing him work and progress the way he is, I think it's an exciting spot to
00:40 be in.
00:41 Yeah, so Clayton, you know, Clayton made a lot of strides last year.
00:45 It's hard to come in as a rookie and play, and especially in Clayton's position when
00:50 he wasn't getting all the rest during the season.
00:52 That's the nature of being a backup quarterback.
00:54 And so, you know, I think Clayton made strides last year.
00:57 I think he's got to make strides, as do all of our rookies.
00:59 I think he's got to make strides this year.
01:01 So, you know, I think there's value in having veterans at any position.
01:06 I think it provides an astounding board for younger players, but ultimately it's going
01:11 to end up being who can do the job at their highest capability.
01:15 And so whether that's a young player or an old player, like we're going to make that
01:18 best decision.
01:19 But excited with Clayton.
01:20 Clayton's been in the facility a lot here these last couple of weeks, working, trying
01:25 to get better.
01:26 And so, you know, we're excited to work with him moving forward.
