00:00 While we're relaxing and cooking, we're finishing up our protein.
00:04 We have lamb, chicken, and turkey from their farm.
00:08 And of course, our vegetables.
00:11 So, our main sauce is the garlic.
00:15 We'll just roast it.
00:17 Or we'll fry it in oil.
00:19 In another pot, we'll boil our sweet potatoes.
00:46 While we're waiting for it to boil, we'll chop the cucumber.
01:13 We'll get the chicken and fry it with the almeres.
01:42 For the sauce, we'll use coconut milk, crushed peanuts, oyster sauce, and pepper.
