Transcript
00:00 Yeah, look, they've had a great year.
00:16 You know, we probably had a little bit of a rut in the middle of the season, but heading
00:20 into the end of the season, into the finals, we really hit our straps.
00:24 And today they put forward the best four quarter performance we've put together all year.
00:29 So extremely proud of them.
00:31 Just how talented is this group?
00:34 You're getting a lot of really talented names who will probably go on to play a lot of open
00:39 grade and representative netball.
00:40 Just how talented a group is this group that you've got?
00:44 Yeah, extremely, extremely talented, extremely lucky to have coached these girls.
00:51 But you're right, there's names like O'Sullivan, O'Connor, McLaren.
00:56 You know, you look at Indi O'Connor, she's still a bottom age under 15 and she's come
01:01 up and played in the under 17s this year, she's won best on court.
01:04 Then you look at Scarlett O'Donnell, who's won the league best and fairest.
01:08 Shelby O'Sullivan, the same thing, still could play under 15.
01:11 So yeah, like I think across the court, we were just a really, really sound and solid
01:18 team in every position.
01:21 But most of all, what they do well is they play for each other and yeah, they're just
01:26 such a great team and they've always had a really strong mentality of the team first.
01:30 So I think that's what got us over the line today.
