00:10 So the Chinese nationals who were deported are still not being deported.

00:16 Until now, they are still inside.

00:19 The two buses that are behind me,

00:22 the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission said

00:26 that they are still waiting for the implementation order from the Bureau of Immigration.

00:30 And they will be given that after all the documents are cross-checked.

00:35 So they are comparing if the name of the travel document from the Chinese embassy

00:41 with the deportation order that the Bureau of Immigration will issue.

00:47 So this deportation is the result of the operation of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission.

00:53 On August 1, Paok, the house where Rivendell operates, was raided.

00:59 It's a company of Pogo.

01:01 More than 100 foreign nationals were caught in the raid.

01:04 But of the more than 100, only 24 were able to commit an online scam.

01:10 The 24 were in the city jail and facing a case of organized cybercrime.

01:15 The other foreign nationals who were caught in the raid

01:18 were deported as undesirable aliens.

01:21 They became undesirable aliens after Paok asked Pagpor to cancel their license

01:28 or the license of the Pogo company Rivendell.

01:31 And when it was canceled, the foreign workers were declared as undesirable aliens

01:36 and subject to first summary deportation,

01:39 just like what the first batch will do this morning.

01:42 While being processed before being taken to the airport,

01:44 three of the people who were being deported were trapped and escaped.

01:47 They tried to escape through a window on the fourth floor of the house, but were caught.

01:52 With the help of a translator, we asked one of the people being deported if they did an online scam.

01:58 The answer was no.

02:00 They were also arrested when we asked them to escape because they were just involved in the raid.

02:05 They said that they don't work as Pogo workers of Rivendell.

02:09 But on the day of the raid, they visited their friend.

02:14 So, just like what I mentioned, this is the first batch of Chinese nationals being deported.

02:20 Next week, there will be two batches of people being deported.

02:24 One batch will be deported back to China, and the other batch will be deported back to Malaysia.
