that it purchased the pop star's music
catalog for a reported $225 million.
Included in the deal are "Perry's stakes in master recordings and publishing rights" pertaining to her five albums released by Capitol Records, 'USA Today' reports. .
Litmus Music was co-founded by Dan McCarroll,
the former president of Capitol Records.
