00:15After five years on the show, Perry decided it was time to leave and do something new,

00:22So now with a huge gap left in the group of judges,
00:25the show and Perry's co-workers are considering who could take her place.
00:30In a recent interview with ET, Luke Bryan spoke about the possibility of Meghan Trainor
00:34joining the team, sharing,
00:36I think Meghan's always been real fun. You know, that's kind of been her brand, to have fun.
00:40She's real witty, so certainly.
00:42Lionel Richie, on the other hand, is apparently considering Kelly Clarkson,
00:46as he told ET,
00:48I've got my list, but Kelly, if you don't have anything else to do,
00:52I'd like to drop that out there. I'm a big fan.
00:55Richie then joked that if Taylor Swift is also interested, they'd love to have her, quipping,
