00:10 Beautiful mate. What do you think of the weather? It's obviously perfect conditions for running.

00:14 Beautiful morning this morning, bit of cloud cover, about 13-14 degrees, not too much wind,

00:19 so really, really nice running conditions.

00:21 And what does it do, I guess, for you confidence wise? Obviously you've come off a little bit of injury.

00:26 Yeah, yeah, so I've been battling injury for about the last six months this year.

00:30 This is sort of my last cross-country style race before moving into the summer season,

00:33 so a nice confidence boost to tip it off and then head into some short sharp speed.
