00:20 Who are the qualified people for the Pantawid-Pasada program?
00:24 Fuel subsidy is a form of assistance to drivers and operators
00:28 in the middle of the continuous and high-priced oil products in the country.

00:42 Modernized Utility Vehicle Express or MUVE

01:20 Php 6,500 for other public vehicles including the traditional Jeep.
01:24 Php 1,200 for delivery service riders.
01:27 And Php 1,000 for tricycle drivers.
01:30 To receive a subsidy, the operator should have a visa,
01:33 a certificate of public convenience,
01:35 or a provisional authority of the operator of the said public vehicle.
01:40 Fuel subsidies can be received through an existing and valid Pantawid-Pasada program card,
01:45 existing and valid fuel subsidy card, or a bank account.
01:49 For those who do not have a card, they can apply through the LTFRB Regional Franchising and Regulatory Office.
01:55 Our agreement with LALBANG is about the receipt of money and the list of beneficiaries.
02:02 It is automatically credited to their accounts.
02:08 As stated right now, this afternoon, we have 50,000 beneficiaries.
02:15 Of the 280,000 pinpointed beneficiaries, that is LTFRB.
02:23 So we expect probably to finish this,
02:28 if this is Wednesday until Friday, we will probably complete the LTFRB site.
