First Lady launches free health and medical services in Ilocos Norte

Over 3,000 patients avail of free medical consultations, laboratory services and medicines at the Ilocos Norte Centennial Arena on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023, as part of the continuing rollout of the 'Lab for All' caravan, which First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos spearheaded in Ilocos Norte. Marcos said the caravan, which had been set up since Saturday, September 9, aims to bring government services closer to the people.
