00:00 The police were there, and the taxi driver, Henry Ong, filed a complaint of grave threat and alarm and scandal

00:06 against the SUV driver, Marlon Malabute.

00:09 Malabute was caught in a viral video that was uploaded

00:13 and Ong was shot in Valenzuela City early in the morning of August 19.

00:18 We were inside the house. We were driving a Porsche.

00:24 We went down, and we talked for a while. He got angry, and when he came back, he had a gun.

00:31 He ran away, and he took the gun.

00:35 I was scared, so I couldn't report.

00:41 After the incident, the victim admitted that he couldn't drive again

00:47 because of his fear for his life.

00:50 But when the video was released, he also got angry and filed a complaint.
