Wild winds are causing havoc across Sydney and more than 10-thousand customers are without power in Victoria - as severe weather sweeps through the south of the country. The Bureau of Meteorology is warning of damaging winds and rain for large parts of Melbourne and Adelaide -- through to the Hunter region north of Sydney. In Sydney, buildings have been damaged - and a garage has been flattened.
