00:02 What's happening here Josh? So today we've had a two motor vehicle collision on our eastbound
00:10 lane, just 5km of speedway, travelling towards the Great Ocean Road. And were there any injuries
00:16 to the drivers? At this stage it is unclear. One of the drivers gone to hospital to be
00:23 checked out by medical staff. Our other driver was not injured, he's gone home.
00:29 At this stage it's still an investigation, so we'll look at all our evidence and our witnesses
00:34 and once we paint our picture we'll work out what's occurred today. Are you looking for
00:38 eyewitnesses? Yeah, anyone who has witnessed the collision or has got any dash cam footage
00:43 filling in for us, if they do have that, they can please bring it to the Warrambool Police Station
00:48 and pass it over to the Warrambool Highway Patrol, it would be greatly appreciated.
00:51 We've had a number of collisions over the last few days, one at Port Ferry and a
00:55 truck roll over yesterday. What's the message to road users? Just go back to the basis guys,
01:01 make sure we're wearing our seatbelt, make sure we're not distracted, make sure we're not speeding,
01:10 make sure we're not impaired by any alcohol or drugs. Just get home safe, that's what we want
01:14 to do. Take your time, if you're going to slow down, get your home 10 minutes late,
01:17 be home safe, that's all you can ask for.
