00:33 or P41 for regular milled and P45 for well-milled rice,

01:16 only premium grade local rice for P55 to P57 per kilo.

01:28 Our suppliers can't deliver rice to us.

01:31 We're also depending on our suppliers.

01:34 Whatever they give us, we sell it.

01:38 The sad part is, according to Bantay Bigas,

01:40 rice retailers are being forced to sell rice

01:42 and until now, no one has been able to answer the rice cartels

01:45 that are manipulating the price.

01:47 The government should really break the rice cartels.

01:50 One of the studies is the government's abonement

01:53 to replace the rice retailers in the markets and rice cartels.
