00:05 September 4th 2023. A road in an East Sussex village near Hailsham is set to be closed

00:11 for more than two months for "essential maintenance work" according to South East

00:15 Water. A spokesperson from the company said the closure will be in the old road by Magham

00:19 Down from January 29th 2024 and their estimated completion date is April 12th 2024.

00:28 Our and allied volunteers from Littlehampton said they helped rescue a family on a jet

00:32 ski half a mile off the coast of Bognor Regis. The crew said the incident happened on the

00:37 afternoon of Saturday, September 2nd. A spokesperson for the station added their jet ski had suffered

00:43 engine failure but the family were safe. Our crew took the family aboard and towed the

00:47 jet ski to the safety of Littlehampton Yacht Club.

00:51 An Adderley Walker in Eastbourne was rescued after slipping and falling 30ft down a cliff

00:56 finding himself in a very difficult and dangerous position according to Coastguard crews. On

01:02 the morning of Sunday, September 3rd, Burlingap Coastguard posted on social media about the

01:07 incident by Sugarloaf Cliff near Holywell. The spokesperson said alongside the fire,

01:13 police and ambulance services the teams carried out a technical rescue sending over a rescue

01:17 technician to assist the casualty back to the cliff top. Once in safety they were passed

01:22 to the waiting ambulance service to assist with their injuries.

01:27 A man from Bognor Regis has been arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle while

01:30 over the alcohol limit following a collision involving three parked cars, police have said.

01:36 Police said they were called to Spencer Street in Bognor Regis at around 3am on Sunday, September
