01:27 while his replacement, Claire Coutinho, left her job as Child's Minister, meaning Children's

01:36 I'm not saying they're bad ministers, but delivering change does not happen overnight.

01:41 It's almost like there's no long-term plan, and these moves might be redundant come something

01:47 next year, like an election.

01:55 Firstly, that if you're a privately educated banker who used to advise Richard Sunak, the
