00:28 According to the Office of the City of Defense, one person was already affected in Hue but they are still monitoring the situation.
00:34 More than 100,000 families or more than 400,000 individuals were affected by the heavy rainfall and tropical cyclone Hanna.
00:44 They are staying in evacuation centers while others are still in the areas affected.
00:49 482 houses were affected by the tsunami.
00:53 The city of Pinsala will receive P41 million in infrastructure while P395 million in agriculture.
