00:08 Three storms are hitting the Philippines and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:14 The first is the Goring Storm that has already left the PAR.
00:17 The Hana Storm that is within our boundary.
00:20 And the last one that passed the 1,035 km east of the extreme northern Luzon.
00:26 It is expected to landfall and possibly exit the PAR on Saturday.
00:31 Aside from that, there is another storm outside the PAR that has an international name, Kirogi.
00:36 It is moving south and has a low chance of hitting our country.
00:41 The rain will continue because of the trough of the Hana and Habagat Storms that is being hit by three storms.
00:47 According to the Metaweather, most of Luzon will be flooded tomorrow.
00:51 There will be heavy rain, especially in the afternoon.
00:55 It is also possible that some parts of Visayas and Mindanao will be flooded.
00:58 In Metro Manila, the chance of rain is high.
