00:00 Floods hit several residents in Quezon City this morning.

00:05 Barangay Bagong Silangan was one of them,

00:07 while the floods reached five feet in Santo Domingo.

00:11 In Araneta Avenue, which is deep to the bone,

00:15 heavy rains fell from the sky.

00:18 Garbage also collapsed before the floods reached Tanghali,

00:23 forcing some residents to flee and pack their belongings.

00:27 According to authorities,

00:30 the flood reached Barangay Bagong Silangan and was about to reach the city.

00:33 "The flood hit the barangays in the catch basin of our city.

00:39 This is the lowest place and closest to our waterways."

00:46 No one was injured or injured.

00:50 More than 400 families were evacuated
