00:00 Some passengers are stranded in Manila because of the flood.

00:08 Susan, there are still many passengers stranded here because the rain is still pouring.

00:18 That's why there are floods in some places like the one I'm standing in,

00:21 in the UN and in Taft Avenue.

00:24 You can see it now, it's a live situation.

00:26 Many are unable to drive or look for a vehicle

00:31 because there are almost no public vehicles.

00:35 Many are just trying to get by.

00:39 There are motorcyclists or riders who are also stranded

00:43 because their vehicles are being flooded.

00:46 The water here is gutter deep,

00:48 that's why it's really hard to pass by the vehicles and the people.

00:54 There's a flood update from the Manila LGU.

00:56 In Spain, from Maceda to UST,

01:00 it's not possible to pass through.

01:04 And just for your information,

01:06 the information from the Manila PIO,

01:08 the entry to Manila City Hall is suspended

01:12 along with the satellite offices,

01:16 except for the departments and offices

01:21 that are involved in disaster and emergency response.

01:26 The entry to private companies is at the discretion of their employers.
