00:20 The IAC is continuing its operation against those who violate the traffic laws.

00:25 Their target this morning are motorists who cross the EDSA busway.

00:31 It's prohibited because the EDSA innermost lane is exclusive for those who travel by EDSA carousel.

00:38 Some SUVs were arrested, some cars and motorcycles.

00:42 The rider we talked to explained that he's just in a hurry because he'll be late for work, so he made the busway a fast lane.

00:50 Others are just letting government employees pass through. But they are in a private car, so it's still prohibited.

00:57 Only park vehicles and ambulances can pass through the busway, except for EDSA carousel buses.

01:03 Government vehicles are also allowed.

01:06 The arrested people were arrested.

01:08 Disregarding traffic sign and entering the busway, the violation is that some people can't cross the EDSA busway below 1,000 feet.
