00:05 Today, let's make 2 types of baby porridge with these fruits for babies 6 months and above.

00:13 The first porridge is Oats Apple Porridge.
00:17 For that, I'm taking 2 tbsp of Oats and 1 Almond.
00:22 Let's grind this.
00:28 Remove the mixture in a bowl.
00:30 Next, I'm peeling an Apple.
00:34 And cutting it in half.
00:40 Make sure you remove the seeds.
00:44 Let's slice the Apple into small pieces.
00:47 Apples are not only delicious but also full of carbohydrates,
00:52 which energize kids and keep them active throughout the day.
00:56 Add the chopped Apple to the grinder and turn them into a thick paste.
01:01 In a saucepan, I'm adding 1 1/2 cups of hot water.
01:07 Let's add the Oats mixture and Apple paste that we made.
01:12 Stir the mixture continuously.
01:25 Once it comes to a boil, remove it from the heat.
01:28 And our Oats Apple Porridge is ready.
01:34 Now let's make Banana Rava Porridge.
01:38 For this, I'm cutting a Banana in half and peeling its skin.
01:42 Now chop it into small pieces.
01:45 Banana is an excellent food for babies as it is easily digestible,
01:50 and also really good for bone health.
01:55 Let's grind the Banana into a thick paste.
01:57 In a saucepan, I'm adding 1/2 a tsp of Ghee.
02:04 Into this, I'm adding 2 tbsp of Rava.
02:07 Now, while continuously stirring, I'm adding 1 cup of hot water.
02:22 Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the Banana paste.
02:25 Bring the porridge to a boil.
02:28 The porridge has thickened.
02:33 Let's remove it from the flame.
02:35 And our Banana Rava Porridge is ready.
