00:32 led to his discovery Rattleston was the ancestral home for many Sparks.
00:36 The Chief Inspector of the RSPCA in Suffolk has said people will be sickened
00:40 to discover how many reports the charity has about dogs being kicked,
00:44 beaten or burnt. In 2022 there were 518 reports made to the RSPCA about cruelty
00:50 to dogs in Suffolk. This was compared to 459 in 2021, a 13%
00:56 increase. Chief Inspector Adam Jones said the
00:59 charity needs the public's help to counsel out cruelty.
01:02 And our top story of the week, emergency services battled a blaze in Beresford
01:06 Edmonds Town Centre on Sunday. Police and fire crews were called to
01:09 Casper's in Cornhill at about 8.45pm after an ice cream dispenser caught
01:14 light, it is understood. Suffolk police were
01:17 co-responding with Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service
01:20 and two engines from Bury were in attendance. Now,
01:23 manager Adam Nesbitt has spoken of his shock after the fire hit
