00:15 Eight people, including six children, stranded on a cable car dangling 900 feet above a valley
00:21 have been rescued in Islamabad, Pakistan.
00:24 The six children with their two teachers were going to school when one of the gondolas cables
00:29 snapped.
00:30 It took 14 hours before the victims were rescued.
00:34 Some of the victims also lost consciousness due to fear.
00:38 Tanvir Ullrahman, Deputy Commissioner of Batagram District, said they had difficulty in the
00:43 rescue due to strong winds.
00:46 And because of the incident, Pakistan's caretaker Prime Minister ordered the immediate closure
00:50 of the dilapidated and non-compliant chairlifts.
00:56 Two were declared dead due to severe flooding in central southern region of Chile.
01:01 Thousands have also been evacuated and lost their home due to the heavy rain.
01:06 According to the Chilean Disaster Agency, 34,000 people have been evacuated while 38,000
01:13 are still without electricity.
01:16 President Gabriel Boric has declared the state of catastrophe.
01:20 He also called the residents to follow the evacuation orders for their safety.

01:37 They are still in the process of verifying the names of Filipinos in Maui's unofficial

01:43 Meanwhile, the consulate has contacted the U.S. State Department's Office of Foreign
01:49 Mission to get more information on the missing victims.
01:52 Right now, the search in single-story residential properties is 100% complete, after which they
