00:13 The idea behind the name Folktales is that we bring out the folktales of each village
00:18 to the people who are travelling to that village.
00:20 And since we are involving the local people and giving direct income to them, it is sustainable.
00:26 The vision of Folktales is to introduce this kind of experiential travel in every state of India.
00:31 And also the vision is to encourage people to come back to the villages from the cities
00:35 and find livelihood in their village itself.
00:39 Provided that we know that there are so many resources in the same village,
00:42 all they need is a little guidance.
00:44 Now we are in 11 states of India.
00:46 We are quite active in North East as well, including Meghalaya.
00:50 And something that really touched me was how people are really passionate about their land there.
00:55 There are various elements of a culture that we need to look at.
00:59 What occupation people do, agrarian occupation or handicrafts,
01:03 might be the local cuisine, the local dances and songs, the architecture, could be the languages.
01:10 I am proud about the relationships that we have created.
01:15 And those relationships have lasted since the last four years and they are going to stay for a while.
