00:00 Comelec conducted a voting simulation in two malls in Manila for the Marangay and the upcoming youth elections.
00:06 IK Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia said that mall voting is convenient, safe and secure.
00:13 He also said that vote buying is also avoided.
00:15 He said that the only thing that can be done in the mall is to vote and count while canvassing is done in the schools.
00:21 The mall that will be used in the election should not be owned by a political family or a politician.
