00:00 Authorities opened 32 vaults here at a Pogo Hub in Pasay City.

00:05 Among the items confiscated were 7 million pesos in cash, 24,000 pre-registered SIM cards, and over 9,000 cell phone units.

00:14 Authorities also found passports, credit cards, and other documents such as contracts.

00:20 Early this month, authorities raided S.A. Rivendale Gaming Corporation, an alleged scam hub fronting as a Pogo.

00:28 Hundreds of workers were found allegedly engaged in illegal activities such as love scams, illegal gambling, and cryptocurrency scams.

00:37 Their operation is very segregated, very siloed, so that other workers here don't know that they are actually in a scam.

00:48 There were 28 foreign nationals detained at the Pogo Hub and are facing criminal charges for violation of the Securities Regulation Code and Cybercrime Prevention Act.

00:58 Winston Cascio of the Presidential Anti-Organized Commission says additional charges will be filed against them for violation of the SIM Registration Act.

01:08 Most of the SIM cards that were found here were not opened.

01:12 So basically they were in pristine condition. So how can you have a pre-registered SIM card in pristine condition?

01:20 Cascio says they've reached out to the telecommunications firm that issued the SIM.

01:25 Authorities also said the scam hub is the smallest among several others linked to Pogo.
