The stage is now set for former President Trump's fourth arrest.

00:00 >> This morning, the sheriff's office in Fulton County,
00:02 Georgia announcing former president Donald Trump and 18
00:06 alleged co-conspirators are expected to turn themselves in
00:10 by the district attorney's deadline Friday August 25th.
00:13 The sheriff's office says it's expected that all 19 defendants
00:17 named in the indictment will be booked at the Rice Street jail.
00:21 The racketeering indictment accuses Trump of applying
00:24 pressure on officials for weeks to overturn election results,
00:28 including 11 phone calls one to Georgia Secretary of State
00:32 Brad raffensperger.
00:33 >> So look all I want to do is this I just want to find

00:43 votes which is one more than we have
00:46 because we won the state.
00:48 >> White House chief of staff Mark Meadows who set up that
00:51 call.
00:52 >> Mister president everybody is on the line.
00:54 >> Is now moving to have the case against him tried in
00:57 federal court Trump has remained defiant using the charges as
01:02 ammo on the campaign trail.
01:03 >> Every time one of these new sets of charges comes out his
01:07 fundraising numbers they go up he goes up in the polls.
01:10 >> This as Trump's former lawyer Rudy Giuliani also charged is
01:14 on defense.
01:15 >> I thought what I was doing this I was protected by the
01:17 fact that is defending him.
01:19 >> Experts say although we're in the middle of an election
01:22 jurors will be focused on facts not politics.
01:26 >> Jury's always surprised me with how good and fair they
01:29 are and we'll see what happens with this case, but if he's
01:32 taking this lightly or anyone's taking this lightly that's a
01:35 huge mistake because this is a very serious crime with very
01:39 serious implications.
01:40 >> The Fulton County D a says she wants to try this case in
01:44 6 months and that she intends to try all 19 defendants at the
01:48 same time it is possible that some defendants could take a
