Taiwan Protests China's New Levy on Polycarbonates

Taiwan has accused China of disrupting cross-strait trade after Beijing levied anti-dumping duties of up to 22.4% on five Taiwanese firms exporting polycarbonate, a clear plastic used to make phone cases, drinks bottles and bulletproof glass.
