01:11 The landlord neglected to fix a large hole in the kitchen ceiling and a broken kitchen sink, taps and waste pipe and leaking radiators. The property also needed a new gas boiler.
01:22 Police issued 15 fines to motorists as part of a crackdown on driving in the Lancaster City pedestrianised zone.
01:29 14 of the £50 fines were given to people driving through restricted areas of the city and one to a driver not wearing a seatbelt.
