00:00 Hi, my name's Mel. I was 18, I was in uni, planning to be a barrister. I kind of got
00:09 into the fitness industry. I wanted to do it on the side of my law degree. I became
00:15 so invested in my fitness journey that I actually ended up going towards the bodybuilding side
00:22 of things as a bikini competitor. The way my kind of life went with the fitness industry,
00:35 I decided that that was actually my true passion and I wanted to take that further as my career
00:42 rather than going into the law side of things. And here I am, nearly 10 years later, and
00:47 it's going really, really well and I can't imagine my life any other way.
