Mom's Bodybuilding Transformation Is INSANE | HOOKED ON THE LOOK

A Bodybuilding mother won’t be intimidated by men at the gym and inspires other women to transform their bodies with muscles. Betsaida McAllister lives in Texas. Originally from Colombia, she once worked as an accountant and she had a slim physique in her younger years - something deemed more conventionally attractive in the country. However, after moving to the US 12 years ago she started going to the gym and began her bodybuilding career a few years later. Betsaida told Truly: “My body has changed a lot, [I was] very slim, no arm muscles.” She has competed in 25 bodybuilding shows, winning multiple competitions and has become an IFBB PRO. Betsaida hopes to show other women that you can be confident with bigger muscles too. “The most important thing is, follow your heart, no matter what other people say.”
