00:26 The water level also rose in Espana Avenue and Taft Avenue

00:30 which made it difficult for commuters to travel.

00:32 In Marikina and Rizal, the rain did not stop since 7 p.m.

00:39 That's why the Marikina River level rose to 15 meters before nightfall.

01:58 can be collected so that the people living in the neighboring barangays won't be flooded.
