00:00 I would divide our approach to selling to a customer into three parts.
00:14 One is a pre-sales process where we give the customer the advice for their need.
00:21 We give that customer the standard approach in terms of how they should buy a policy.
00:27 In terms of all the pre-sales approach, it's very critical to be on the digital platform
00:31 because it helps standardize the whole process.
00:34 In terms of the sales process, where we are actually enrolling the customer and bringing
00:38 him on board, there it's very, very useful because if the entire thing is paperless and
00:44 on a digital platform, it gives the customer the convenience, it gives the distributor
00:48 the convenience of closing a transaction very, very quickly.
00:52 And of course, the post-sales, which is service part, the customer doesn't need to anymore
00:56 run across two branches or to keep holding their phones for whatever amount of time.
01:03 Now they can just go on the digital platform and service can be given on that platform.
01:09 Self-service options are now available.
01:11 So I think that the whole thing is very, very useful and we at P&B MetLife are making an
01:15 effort to be sure that our customer is given the convenience at every step of his journey
01:20 with us and so are distributors as well.
