In this video, learn how to make the copycat recipe for Buc-ee’s addictive snack, beaver nuggets. These crunchy delights are made by coating corn puffs in a fluffy brown sugar mixture and baking them in the oven. To make the mixture, mix together brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, salt, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Once the corn puffs have been completely coated and evenly spread out onto a baking sheet, bake them for around an hour until they’ve crisped and browned.
