00:08 Your host Irshad Hussain Saeedi is here with the program Safar-e-Hussain.

00:14 Yesterday we spoke about the most difficult stage of the life of Imam Ali Muqam (ra)

00:22 When you are in the sacred places of Hajj, the great pilgrims of Hajj are reaching the land of Makkah

00:30 and you have also tied the Ihram, but to leave that Ihram you leave the Hajj,

00:38 you only perform Umrah and eight Zilhaj.

00:42 When all the pilgrims were going to the place of sacrifice, Mina,

00:47 you were going to Karbala, the place of sacrifice.

00:52 You had said the will and determination of Kufa, but reaching Karbala,

00:57 the destination kissed your feet.

01:00 When you said your will, became determined and gave the order to your family to prepare,

01:07 go to the path of the true traveler,

01:10 that you did not prepare an army from among the companions, followers, your companions and us,

01:21 nor did you look for a soldier, but you walked alone, with your chest outstretched.

01:26 You knew the destination, you knew the way,

01:30 but this bravery and courage, this head-to-head, the picture of the truth,

01:37 Imam Ali Muqam, when you started walking from there,

01:41 many companions gave you advice, gave you advice,

01:46 and also prevented you from your journey.

01:49 In this regard, the conversation of Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas is very well known.

01:55 You stopped him.

01:57 You asked Imam Ali Muqam,

02:01 O Imam Ali Muqam, where are you going?

02:05 Do you want to go to the city where people martyred your father,

02:12 they injured your brother?

02:14 Do you expect hope from that city?

02:18 And do you want to go to that city, hoping for loyalty from the people of that city?

02:24 Are you sure that they will fulfill their promise?

02:27 Are you sure that whatever they are expressing through letters,

02:33 they will be able to stand on their determination and will in difficult circumstances?

02:38 Will they stand with you with their chest outstretched for any kind of sacrifice?

02:43 Are you sure of this?

02:45 So Imam Ali Muqam, may Allah be pleased with him, expressed his doubts.

02:50 He said, O brother, whatever you are thinking, I am also thinking the same.

02:55 But what should I do?

02:57 On one hand, I have the prohibition of the city of Mecca,

03:00 the prohibition of Baitullah Sharif,

03:02 which the Prophet (saw) said that due to the action of a person,

03:06 its prohibition will be nullified.

03:08 I do not want to be that.

03:10 I want to save myself from it.

03:13 But on the other hand, where I have made the intention of the journey,

03:17 I do not have any faith in their loyalty and their promise.

03:22 But these are their letters.

03:24 They have taken my oath of allegiance.

03:26 They are calling me.

03:28 And they say that we do not have any leader or guide

03:32 who can stand against the government of this oppression and we take the oath of allegiance at their hands.

03:38 So tell me what are the teachings of the Shariah of the Prophet Muhammad (saw)?

03:43 If the weak classes, the oppressed classes, the people call you to raise the flag of truth,

03:51 can I deny it?

03:54 So on one hand is the prohibition of the Kaaba,

03:56 on the other hand is the prohibition of the religion of the Prophet.

03:58 So I have to be both.

04:01 And as far as my own and my family are concerned,

04:05 I know that they are thirsty for my blood.

04:09 Even if I go to the mountains, they will still martyr me.

04:13 Even if I go to the jungles, they are still thirsty for my blood

04:17 and will not let me live in peace.

04:19 And Hussain is hiding somewhere.

04:21 He is not in the lap of Hussain.

04:24 Therefore, I will keep my journey towards my destination of martyrdom.

04:31 I will leave because I want to establish the proof of the religion of the Prophet.

04:37 No doubt the current situation will not change with my blood.

04:42 But in the coming time,

04:44 the light will burst from my blood that will give the religion of the Prophet such support and support until the Day of Judgment.

04:53 It will give such a message of truth that the religion of the Prophet is still in it.

04:59 When the situation becomes such that someone is forced on you,

05:03 someone who is not worthy of you is forced on you,

05:06 then the religion of the Prophet is that you do not accept that force and oppression,

05:11 even if your life is lost.

05:14 This was your famous dialogue with Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas.

05:19 You drew the map of your entire future journey and put it in front of him.

05:25 Therefore, he also stood silent in front of your argument.

05:29 Because he also knew that there is a way of departure,

05:32 there is a way of greatness.

05:34 No doubt where there is compulsion,

05:36 the situation is required,

05:38 the fear of life,

05:40 then the Shariah allows you to walk on the path of departure.

05:44 Your journey is the journey of life,

05:47 you become a traveler on the path of departure.

05:50 But maybe other people could have been travelers on the path of departure,

05:56 but not Hussain.

05:58 He was a traveler on the path of greatness.

06:01 When Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (ra) heard your full answer

06:06 and he became silent in front of your argument,

06:10 he got up, met you, kissed your blessed hand,

06:15 kissed your forehead and said that I entrust you to Allah,

06:20 may Allah be your protector and helper.

06:23 Similarly, Imam Ali Muqam (ra)

06:26 when he left for Kufa from Mecca,

06:29 Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (ra) was informed that

06:33 Imam Hussain (ra) had left and he was planning to go to Kufa.

06:39 So Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (ra) was not aware of the people of Kufa,

06:44 nor was he aware of the situation.

06:46 He knew that whatever the Prophet (saw) had said,

06:51 that the government of oppression will be established,

06:54 and the limits of Allah will be ridiculed,

06:56 the pride of religion will be ridiculed,

06:59 and the sanctity of the house of Allah will be violated.

07:02 That time has come.

07:04 But Imam Ali Muqam, Imam Hussain (ra) loved him too,

07:09 loved him more than his life.

07:11 So he wanted that maybe I should say something

07:15 to stop him from coming to the path of greatness,

07:18 to the path of departure.

07:20 He also tried.

07:22 Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (ra)

07:24 ran his animal of the ride,

07:27 and after a journey of more or less two or three days,

07:30 he met Imam Ali Muqam (ra).

07:33 This is what you are going towards.

07:36 Towards those people of Kufa,

07:38 whose past is in front of us,

07:41 who will never remain firm on their words,

07:44 and perhaps, fearing oppression,

07:47 they will leave you.

07:49 He said, "O brother, your advice is valid,

07:52 but tell me, on the one hand,

07:55 these cruel rulers will not let Hussain live anywhere,

07:59 on the other hand, how can Hussain remain silent

08:03 that he is being called for the prohibition of the religion of Nana,

08:07 and he becomes a passenger of the path of departure.

08:11 Therefore, I will continue my journey.

08:14 I will have to go.

08:16 Hussain's silence should not become the reason for the cowardice of the Muslims to come to the Day of Judgment.

08:22 Hussain will raise the flag of truth.

08:25 He will challenge that cruel and tyrant government with his cowardice,

08:30 so that the religion of the Chosen One can be protected until the Day of Judgment.

08:34 When Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (ra) saw his determination,

08:38 he kissed his forehead and said,

08:40 "O martyr of the path of truth, I entrust you to Allah."

08:45 So he returned.

08:47 Imam Ali Muqam (ra) continued his blessed journey,

08:51 until another person, Hazrat Abdullah bin Jafar bin Abi Talib (ra)

09:01 wrote a letter to him,

09:03 and after writing the letter, he sent his messenger,

09:06 "O brother, your life is dearer to us than our own lives.

09:11 The path you are going to is only of blood,

09:16 only of corpses, and nothing else is visible.

09:19 Do not take that path.

09:21 Turn to some other path.

09:23 Go to Yemen and wait.

09:27 Live in Mecca."

09:29 But Imam Ali Muqam (ra) told a very beautiful thing,

09:33 a very secret thing to his messenger.

09:37 He said, "During this journey, during my dream,

09:41 my master, my grandfather,

09:45 my master granted me his visit in my dream.

09:49 And my master has entrusted me with a task.

09:54 I will not tell that task to anyone,

09:57 nor will I return from his path.

10:01 I will fulfill that duty in any case,

10:05 and until I do not fulfill it,

10:08 I will not tell anyone."

10:10 So, the last good news had come to him from the crown of the universe,

10:16 that "O Hussain, the journey you are going to,

10:20 its destination is your martyrdom.

10:23 But the pleasure of truth lies in this,

10:26 the protection of truth lies in this.

10:28 Therefore, you will have to keep walking on this path,

10:31 and with your martyrdom,

10:33 you will have to protect the religion of Muhammad (saw).

10:36 You will have to build such a wall and a barrier,

10:40 which will protect the religion of Muhammad (saw) until the Day of Judgment.

10:45 Similarly, Imam Ali Muqam (ra) continues his journey,

10:50 and on that well-known path,

10:52 on that well-known journey,

10:54 he meets many people on the way.

10:56 Some were coming from Kufa,

10:58 some were coming from Iraq,

11:00 some were coming from Baghdad,

11:02 some were coming from somewhere,

11:04 some were coming from Baghdad,

11:06 some were coming on a personal journey.

11:09 On the way, people meet each other.

11:11 Imam Ali Muqam (ra)

11:13 with his family,

11:15 with 72 Nafus-e-Qudsiyah,

11:17 he is on the way.

11:19 Until you reach the place of Tanim,

11:23 there you will stay,

11:25 you will spend the night,

11:27 then the next day,

11:28 and the next destination of the journey,

11:30 then you will be on the way.

11:32 He went to Hajar and stayed there.

11:35 He passes through Khuzainiya,

11:37 similarly he passes through Zarood,

11:40 and reaches the place of Sa'alabiyya.

11:43 After a journey of many days,

11:45 when Imam Ali Muqam (ra)

11:47 reaches the place of Sa'alabiyya,

11:50 there he receives a sad news.

11:54 That news was that

11:56 in Kufa, his cousin,

11:58 Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (ra)

12:01 has been martyred.

12:03 Because when Yazid was informed

12:05 that Imam Ali Muqam (ra)

12:07 was on the way,

12:09 and he had received news

12:11 about the people of Kufa,

12:13 that the governor of Kufa,

12:15 Noman bin Bashir,

12:17 who was a lover of the companions,

12:19 and a man of good manners,

12:21 and a man of good manners,

12:23 he had seen Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (ra)

12:26 being accepted by his own eyes,

12:29 but he did not want to

12:31 shed any blood.

12:33 When Yazid saw that

12:35 Noman bin Bashir

12:37 would not be able to control the situation,

12:40 he, with the help of his companions,

12:43 chose Ibn Ziyad,

12:45 he appointed him as the governor of Kufa,

12:48 and he was given the task

12:50 to keep strict discipline,

12:53 but Hussain should not enter Kufa.

12:57 And Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (ra)

13:00 should also be strictly disciplined.

13:03 And the people of Kufa should be threatened,

13:07 and the weapon used should be used,

13:09 but my throne should be saved.

13:12 So when Imam Ali Muqam (ra)

13:14 was informed about this,

13:16 he continued his journey

13:18 at the place of Sa'alabiyyah.

13:21 Because the signs were becoming clear,

13:24 the Qur'an was getting more and more clear,

13:26 and Imam Ali Muqam (ra)

13:28 continued his journey.

13:30 He passed from the place of Shukook,

13:32 then he passed from the place of Zabala,

13:35 when he reached there,

13:37 he was informed about the martyrdom

13:39 of his most loyal friend,

13:41 Hazrat Hani bin Urwa,

13:43 and he reached the place of Sharaf.

13:46 This journey of his,

13:48 which was getting closer

13:50 to his final destination,

13:52 with what determination did he continue?

13:55 On the way,

13:56 every night,

13:57 where there was a prayer,

13:59 at night,

14:00 the worship and worship of Allah,

14:02 prostration,

14:03 weeping,

14:04 for the protection of his grandfather's religion,

14:07 the determination to sacrifice one's wealth,

14:09 the determination to sacrifice the whole family

14:11 and each and every person.

14:13 O Ahle Bait-e-Athaar,

14:14 Salam to your path of greatness.

14:16 The path of greatness,

14:18 on which you have walked,

14:20 after going through this difficult journey,

14:22 after deciding,

14:23 and having established your example,

14:25 till the Day of Judgment,

14:26 you are your own example.

14:28 No one can even come close to it,

14:30 but it has courage,

14:32 it has patience,

14:33 it has determination,

14:34 it has the means of protection

14:36 of the religion of Muhammad (saw).

14:38 Imam Ali Muqam (ra)

14:40 reaches the place of Sharaf,

14:42 there,

14:43 you face your fate with Hur.

14:46 Inshallah,

14:47 in tomorrow's program,

14:49 we will talk about it on the next journey,
