00:00 A family member in Benguet was found dead after their house was hit by a landslide.

00:05 John Ponsoy of GMA Regional TV One North Central Luzon has the reports.

00:09 The house was hit by a landslide in Bugyas, Benguet,

00:16 following a heavy downpour.

00:18 Four of the family members were trapped,

00:20 and were sleeping while watching the landslide.

00:23 They were not rescued.

00:24 The five other family members were left outside the house.

00:28 A man in Bontoc, Mountain Province was also hit by a landslide.

00:32 The victim's friend told us that their house was covered with mud.

00:37 The famous Banyo City park, Burnham Park, was also not rescued.

00:43 Because there was no electricity in some parts of the city,

00:46 charging stations of the Benguet Electric Cooperative were set up.

00:52 The farmers in Benguet are trying their best to plant strawberries and plethos after the flood.

00:58 The fruit was rotten, and the water was overflowing.

01:04 We planted a tree, and sprayed it with a spray.

01:09 The plants were hit by strong winds,

01:12 which caused the corn to be cut off.

01:19 Initially, the Municipal Agricultural Office said that

01:22 the flood affected 123 hectares of corn fields.
