00:04 I think what drives me are two things.
00:07 One was, when I was just nineteen,
00:10 I think I experienced or saw things that I cannot forget,
00:16 which is that I actually went to a shelter home
00:18 and saw what a lot of the children in India do not have.
00:22 And being young and being idealistic as I was then,
00:27 it was almost an outrage internally for me that
00:30 if this is happening in the world,
00:32 then I need to play a part in, you know, kind of equalizing that.
00:38 So I think that experience really stuck with me, it still does.
00:42 The second is, I guess, as we work or as my team started working with children,
00:49 we noticed how much of a difference we can make
00:52 if they are given some support in the early years of their lives.
00:56 So the second one would be a vision of a more equal society.

01:03 once I started off a decade back, I never could wipe away
01:08 and that's exactly what drives me and my team.
