00:03 All right, so let's get to Donovan Mitchell and talk about the very latest
00:07 on your opinion as to where things are headed for him.
00:10 >> It's really interesting, the Cavs made the move to get
00:14 Donovan Mitchell last season and it really thrust him towards the top of
00:19 the Eastern Conference at least on paper.
00:21 I think they were a little disappointed with how their season ended in that first
00:25 round loss to the New York Knicks.
00:27 And now all signs kind of indicate that people think that the writing is on
00:30 the wall that in the future he's going to again want to be a member of
00:34 the New York Knicks.
00:34 We know he grew up in the New York area, is a big time Mets fan,
00:38 his dad works for the organization.
00:40 And all signs or reports kind of indicate, and it's again,
00:43 that small market posturing, I guess, where it's hard for
00:47 small markets to keep their star players.
00:49 And it feels like people are assuming that if the Cavaliers don't make a major
00:54 step forward this upcoming season, then Donovan Mitchell might want to be out.
00:59 And again, he'll be linked to that Knicks organization again,
01:02 the Knicks might have the pieces to make it happen.
01:04 So it'll be curious to see how it unfolds, but I think it all depends on whether or
01:08 not the Cavaliers can have a better season they did last year.
01:12 Because in a regular season, they look good, but
01:14 they really flatline in the playoffs.
