00:00 On July 25, Sally and Nick are taken aback when they are suddenly confronted by Victor.

00:05 He takes them by surprise by asking them to listen to his presentation, since he has a

00:10 significant benefit to give.

00:12 The first thing that Victor does is offer his sympathies to Sally for the death of her

00:16 newborn daughter, and she is grateful to him for his thoughtfulness.

00:21 Then, Victor admits that his offer of money to Sally to dump her kid and leave town was

00:26 a test.

00:27 Now that she has passed the test, he intends to make her a serious, potentially valuable

00:33 offer.

00:34 He proposes that Sally and Chloe head up Newman Enterprises' growing design department.

00:39 It's a great chance.

00:41 But there's a catch.

00:42 They have to work entirely for Newman Enterprises and end their contract with Chancellor Winters

00:48 to take advantage of it.

00:50 Victor says he'll talk to Jill about the contract problem.

00:54 Sally has a sneaking suspicion that Victor's offer may be partially about keeping an eye

00:58 on her, but the urge to accept his help is difficult to resist.

01:03 She is very intrigued by it, but she wants some time to mull it over first.

01:08 In the meantime, Adam causes difficulties when he walks in on a date that Chance and

01:12 Sharon are having at Society.

01:15 Chance can't help but notice that Adam is concealing something from him.

01:19 He is concerned that Adam will try to disrupt Sharon's attempts to bring Kirsten, Inc.

01:24 back to life.

01:26 Chance is considerably more concerned now that he is aware of Adam and Sharon's passionate

01:30 past.

01:31 In an unexpected turn of events, Jack runs across an old friend.

01:36 It may be Carson, an EMT he met at the ball.

01:40 Jack is confused as to why Carson has come out now since Tucker clearly wants him to

01:45 remain concealed.

01:46 Maybe it's Sally, with whom Jack previously had romantic feelings.

01:51 Since he hasn't seen her yet, he wishes to express his sympathies for the loss of

01:55 her child.

01:57 Regardless of who it is, Jack is certain to be reminded of something by this unexpected

02:01 meeting.

02:03 As the plot develops, we are left wondering who Jack will cross paths with and what Sally

02:08 and Chloe will do with regard to Victor's offer.

02:11 In addition, we are curious as to how Victor would respond.

02:15 Will it be too much for Chance and Sharon to deal with if Adam continues to interfere?
