00:00 On July 31, Phyllis twisted and turned in bed
00:03 as she struggled to shake a disturbing dream.
00:06 In her worst nightmare, she was in the luxurious suite
00:09 being scolded by her ex-husband, Nick.
00:13 If she was innocent,
00:14 he said he would pay for her legal representation,
00:17 but he insisted she leave town permanently.
00:20 Phyllis woke up and joined her children,
00:23 Summer and Daniel, at the jazz club.
00:25 She mentioned an offer from Adam,
00:27 which caused concern for Summer and Daniel
00:30 because of Adam's dubious reputation.
00:33 Phyllis tried to allay their fears
00:34 by explaining that she needed financial support,
00:37 but would not accept financial assistance from her children.
00:41 She felt confident in her ability to deal with Adam,

01:39 in favor of teaming up with her mother on a unique project.
