A growing number of senior-aged men in Queensland are entering the home care industry, in search of a career change or more purposeful work.

Glenn Getty's employment as a personal care worker with Home Instead Gold Coast came about via SkillsHubs, an organisation set up through the national Home Care Workforce Support Program to recruit workers for the home care industry in Queensland.
