A convicted paedophile who's yet to pay more than five million dollars in compensation to his victim-survivor, has told a bankruptcy hearing he divested his assets because he thought he was going to die in prison. A trustee acting on behalf of the survivor and other creditors, has spent the day in the federal court trying to untangle the money trail.
