135lb, 205lb, 245lb & 315lb. Squats felt really STRONG, but l've got a recent tightness in my Vastus Lateralis that results in a bunch of lateral pressure in the knee during a deep Squat. Oddly, Snatches & Cleans are fine. On Squats, the pressure got more intense as the weights increased. I even unracked 350lb and it felt light, but l quickly re-racked it to play it safe. Looks like Sissy Squats are on the docket to loosen things up, right? God Bless!
