00:10 Hey guys, today I'm doing a Korean makeup tutorial because I recently did a Korean makeup haul from Skinlosophy
00:16 which you guys might have seen it already if you follow me on my blog.
00:19 So today I'm going to use all the products I got from Skinlosophy to create this Korean inspired look with two lip options.
00:27 First for the foundation, I'm using this Laneige BB Cushion.
00:30 It's like a liquid BB cream in a compact case with a layer of foam covering it.
00:35 So when you bounce your puff on top of the foam, it picks up the product and then you just apply it to your skin.
00:41 It's really easy to use and have decent coverage.
00:44 Although because it contains SPF 50, it's a really great daytime foundation
00:48 but I wouldn't use it for going out at night because the high SPF in this foundation.
00:55 Then I'm taking the darkest shade from 3CE Dual Cover Concealer
00:59 using it to cover my under eye dark circles and any pigmentation on my skin that still could see through the foundation.
01:05 Because Korean normally loves having flawless skin without any imperfections at all.
01:10 So I'm covering all these spots to have a perfect base.
01:13 Then I'm setting my foundation and concealer with some powder because I've got pretty oily skin
01:20 and I just always set my foundation no matter what.
01:24 To add a bit of definition, I'm using the 3CE Magic Touch Face Maker in Beige to add some subtle contour.
01:32 Asian makeup style doesn't use tons of contouring compared to the contour trend that is very popular in America right now.
01:38 So I'm just being quite careful applying this to not going overboard for the look that I'm going for today.
01:46 For blush, I'm first taking the orange shade from the 3CE Dual Color Face Blush in Peach Crush.
01:53 Just applying it all over my cheekbones.
01:55 Then I mix the two colours together and apply it gently to the apples of my cheeks to get that cute fresh kind of look.
02:03 Next I'm using the 3CE Marble Highlighter in Bling Peach to add some really natural highlight to the high points of my face
02:12 like top of cheekbones, sides of forehead.
02:16 For brows, I'm using the darkest shade from Laneige Brow Shaping Kit to do some light strokes to kind of shape and fill in my brows.
02:27 And taking the lightest shade just to fill in the inner corner to make it look more natural.
02:32 Koreans like making their brows more straight instead of arched.
02:35 I guess it kind of makes like a more youthful kind of look and this is what I'm trying to achieve here as well.
02:41 To finish off the brows, I'm using a spoolie to brush everything out to look more natural.
02:46 For eyeshadow, I'm taking the lightest shade from the 3CE Triple Shadow in More Brown and just gently sweeping it all over the eyelid.
02:58 Then I'm taking the darkest colour from the same trio and just kind of concentrating on the very outer corner to add a definition.
03:05 Koreans don't really use a crease colour like a matte crease colour to blend into the crease so that's why I'm not using any matte shades here.
03:12 And also to open up the eyes a bit more, I'm also adding the highlighter shade from the Face Maker Compact that we used before for contouring.
03:20 And just adding that highlighter colour to the tear duct area and it really brightens up the whole look.
03:25 To finish off the eyeshadow, I'm also taking the dark brown all over the lower lash line.
03:31 Now it's eyeliner time! I'm using the 3CE Gel Liner to tightline the top waterline first, then going for the winged out eyeliner kind of look.
03:40 Instead of the cat eye look I normally would go for, Koreans like making the wing more straight and more flat instead of doing a flick upwards.
03:50 So here I'm just trying to drag it out and dragging a more flat kind of instead of flicking it up.
03:56 This gel liner is so pigmented and waterproof, it's my go-to gel liner ever since I got it.
04:01 Then I'm curling my lashes and applying some mascara.
04:05 This mascara from 3CE has two ends. The first one is a fixer which is kind of like a clear mascara base but it has a really good hold to hold your lashes curled and making them not fall down at all.
04:18 And the actual mascara end has a lot of fibre in there as well which makes your lashes look a lot longer.
04:25 To complete the look with lip colour, I'm showing you two different lip options with the same lip crayon.
04:35 Firstly I'm doing the bitten ombre lips which is a super popular look in Korea in recent years.
04:41 I'm applying some lip balm first to make sure my lips are smooth, then just using my fingertip to dab the colour to the very centre of the lips and blend the colour out to achieve that ombre look.
04:52 Just kind of go back and forwards and blend everything out to make sure everything is really really well blended.
04:58 Second look is wearing the faux lip colour on the lips with the same jumbo lip crayon.
05:03 This one is in the shade woman to woman and I love how it just twists up and doesn't require sharpening.
05:09 So this is the finished look. I do look quite different compared to my usual makeup style but it's quite fun trying something new and different every now and then I guess.
05:18 So make sure you guys check out Scalosophy Australia, they have some awesome Korean beauty products and they ship to Australia and New Zealand for really good prices.

05:37 Hey guys it's Bonnie here, today I'm going to do an unboxing video for you guys.
05:42 So normally when I do a haul I actually just already open everything and show you guys what's in the box but this time I just decided I want to film the excitement of me opening the whole box and opening everything.
