Hub & Hammer Curl!

After the Seated Twisting Presses, some grip work HAD to happen! Went with a dual implement Curl: Hammer Curl w/50 Scale Weight & Hub Curl waxed WEIDER 2nd Gen 45lb plate. Whenever my grip gets stronger, it makes it easier for me to get aggressive on my other lifts, even Squats! Fortunately, grip training doesn't require special equipment, lots of energy, or time. There's really NO good excuse to get a stronger grip! God Bless!
