00:49 Li Shangfu's visit comes less than a month after the Chinese President's trip to Moscow,
00:54 during which Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping broadcast their friendship to the rest of
00:58 the world.
00:59 It's a blow to Western allies, who have been urging Xi to put pressure on Russia to
01:04 help resolve the war in Ukraine.
