Potato Chicken Bread Roll Written Recipe With Directions:

Ingredients:

-Potato (Aloo) boiled and grated/mashed 500 gms (After boiling, cool them in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes)
-Chicken boiled and shredded 500 gms
-Onion (Piyaz) chopped 1 small (water removed)
-Green Chillies (hari mirch) chopped 3-4
-Salt (namak) ½ tsp or to taste
-Carom seeds (Ajwain) ¼ tsp
-Oregano ¼ tsp
-Ginger (adrak) powder ¼ tsp
-Garlic (lehsan) powder ½ tsp
-Red chilli flakes (koti lal mirch) ¼ tsp
-Red chilli (lal mirch) powder ¼ tsp
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder ¼ tsp
-Cumin seeds (zeera) powder ¼ tsp
-Mayonnaise 2 tbs
-Corn flour 2 tbs
-All-purpose flour 2tbs
-Water (pani) as required
-Bread Slices 5
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:

In a bowl, add potatoes, chicken, onion, green chillies, salt, carom seeds, oregano, ginger powder, garlic powder, red chilli flakes, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, mayonnaise, and corn flour. Mix well and set aside.
-In a small bowl, add all-purpose flour and water and whisk well until smooth. The flour slurry is ready!
-Take slices of bread and remove the brown edges. Now, roll both sides of the bread slice with the help of a rolling pin.
-Place the filling in the center of the bread, brush flour slurry on one side of the bread, and fold the bread to make a roll.
-Add more filling to the bread roll from the upper and lower part.
-Now dip the upper and lower part of the bread roll into flour slurry and coat it with breadcrumbs.
-Similarly, make other potato chicken bread rolls.
-In a pan, heat the cooking oil, and fry the bread rolls on a medium flame for 2-2.5 minutes until they change color.
-Serve with ketchup, and enjoy!

Tips and Tricks:

-Don’t use ginger and garlic paste in potato chicken bread roll.
