Should we stop flat-faced dogs?

French bulldogs and pugs are some of the most popular dogs across Wales, but at the same time, many people feel their population needs to be curbed. Flat faced dogs like these face numerous health challenges, from breathing to bone defects, so we speak to the RSPCA about what is being done to help educate the people of Wales about the issues these dogs face.
