Veterans from the Wigan borough were invited to lunch with entertainment, a thank you event, attended by The Lord-Lieutenant of Greater Manchester Diane Hawkins and The Greater Manchester High Sheriff Lorraine Worsley-Carter, held at Wigan Town Hall.
